Day 7 - INCREASE

Psalm 115:14-15

14 May the Lord give you increase,

    you and your children!

15 May you be blessed by the Lord,

    who made heaven and earth!

I hope you can feel that you are getting closer to the Lord during this dedication! That's what's most important: getting closer to Him. Drawing nearer to Him, and clinging closer to Him is what this firstfruits offering is all about. We are giving Him our best at the beginning of 2024!

One of the byproducts of getting closer to Him is the increase that comes with it. As we get closer to Him, His blessings extend more toward us. And not only us, but also to our children, friends, and neighbors! This includes joy, love, peace, and even better jobs and finances! The Lord is increasing us right now! 

The enemy always, always wants to stifle what God is doing. Don't let his attacks distract you from the increase that God's bringing to you. Look at your life; where is the increase coming? In what ways are you growing? In what ways do you feel better than you did last year? What are you able to see clearly that you weren't able to see before? Whatever increase He's bring to you, praise Him and thank Him for it. When we do this, even our increase increases. Read that again; it's not a typo. Believe it, and receive it!

Pray with me:

"Lord, thank You that I feel closer to You. Keep me close to You, so I can understand Your voice, what You are saying, and that I'd be able to obey You. Bring increase! Bring the increase You have longed to bring into my life. Increase me in every way, and I will give you the glory. As Your blessings come, I will give You the praise! You deserve it all. In Jesus' name, amen!"
